Models provide a unique rapid prototyping experience
Built for F123 machines, Stratasys’ new thermoplastics bring unique elasticity and durability with true soluble support; Vibrant colors take realistic prototypes on J750 and J735 3D printers a step further.
Additionally, the company introduces advanced elastomers and improved materials for its leading FDM and PolyJet machines. The solution is intended to provide manufacturers with new designs and features for their prototypes.
By equipping engineers with fast, precise and functional elastomers, customers will be able to produce parts with unique resilience, ability to stretch or compress widely. The solution can significantly reduce both production times and labor costs.
According to Zehavit Reisin, Vice President and Director of the Materials and Solutions Business, “Creating elastomer parts in traditional silicone or CNC molds is extremely expensive and time consuming, while other additive techniques cannot deliver parts with the size and the complexity of our elastomer proposal ”.
